I would like to be able to select or highlight material from several pages at the same time. I cannot highlight between pages or add text if it is on multiple pages (sequential, but on different pages)
I find this very frustrating too. Sometimes I can get around it by making the font smaller so that more fits on a page. But that is a pain, too. At least if you are in scroll view, when you are selecting text and get the the bottom (or top) of the page it should start scrolling while continuing to select (like most apps do in Windows). But at the very least, if you have a selection and then scroll the screen it shouldn't deselect everything.
Darryl, the problem is when a scripture is longer than your device's screen. If you select a screen of text and then try to two-finger scroll to see the remainder of the passage (the part that overflows to the next "page") so you can extend the selection to include it, the app unselects the text, making it impossible for you to select any passage longer than your device's screen.
The ability to copy/share passages longer than a few verses (the limit of the iPhone 5 for many translations when displayed in a readable font) is a core feature of any serious Bible app, and given the ease with which others (e.g., Olive Tree) implement it, it shouldn't be a major undertaking to add improved functionality to the Logos app. I hope they do soon, as it is the primary weakness of the app IMO.

In most cases you don't but for the times you do need to highlight multiple pages, it can be very frustrating.
You should be able to scroll the page up with two fingers. This allows you to adjust what is on the screen. This means that in most cases you don't need to hightlight across pages.
