make the pop-ups for critical apparatuses of BHS, NA27, and other texts available when offline.
When offline and when the apparatuses are downloaded locally, I believe the pop-ups should be able to read the data from the locally stored apparatus instead of having to obtain this data from the server.
I'm working in an area where wi-fi is not always available, and it would be nice to be able to have this functionality when offline.
This is currently supported on iOS assuming the BHS, NA27, etc. resources are downloaded locally and up to date.
This feature is not yet supported on Android.

Offline lookup of Greek / Hebrew words in an offline dictionary as well... ideally a small pop-up with summary info taken from offline-dictionaries.

BTW, a similar, though more general, idea can be found at https://logosmobile.uservoice.com/forums/190765-logos-mobile-apps/suggestions/3765172-offline-access-to-local-resources, and a forum thread discussing the more general idea can be found at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/67982.aspx.
