A Quick Definition pop up when touching a word
It is tedious when just needing a quick definition of a word to have to click Bible Word Study. Maybe if when clicking a word while it brings up the menu of 'Copy, Search, Note, etc." also include the definition of the word from our top dictionaries.

Now that this function has been added, I find it rather annoying. Can I turn it off somehow?

Yes! Word studying in the logos app is so tedious compared to other apps. Should be able to quickly show resources (like BDAG, Louw-Nida, or a Dictionary) with one click.

Please add this feature. :) I often come across words I don't know and need a way to quickly look them up and then keep reading in the logos app.
This seems to be a bug, since hovering over the word in the desktop version of a Bible shows the same information under "Look Up" but also at the end it gives a simple definition. The iOS version does not show the definition at the end and thus required one to go into Bible Word Study.

I would love for this to have the ability to use a *standard* dictionary as well. How often do we really know all the English words being used in our library? Sometimes we need to check a word to clarify its meaning...

Needed this for a long time. Even adding another button named "Dictionary" or similar (after pressing "Look Up" button) could be available next to the "Search" and "Bible word study" buttons.

I would suggest that the info which pops up when pressing 'Look Up' ought to be visible immediately if only one word is selected but also the definition stuff from the top of the word study too. I would also include the 'translated as' section from the desktop info panel.
Possibly if this is deemed to cluttered for some then the Look Up could behave like a toggle which remembers its position from word to word.
In addition I would like to see the delay removed so there is no need to press and hold the word but that just a touch brings it up. Already swipe down brings the same top menu as a tap so the tap could be repurposed to show the word info.
